Moisturising drops for the relief of mild dry eye.

Acuaiss Dual drops are an artificial tear containing two humectants: hyaluronic acid (0.13%) and hydroxyethyl cellulose (0.10%). They offer immediate freshness and relief for symptoms related to mild dry eye.

Indications

For people with mild dry eye caused by:
- Prolonged digital screen use
- Adverse environmental circumstances such as excessive heating or air conditioning
For people with irritated eyes caused by:
- Allergies
- Exposure to swimming-pool chlorine or to sea water
For contact lens users who suffer discomfort.

Immediate relief

They provide immediate relief for dry eye because of the joint action of the hyaluronic acid and the hydroxyethyl cellulose. A synergy is established between these two humectants. They function better together than separately because their molecules link up to form a mesh called a dual polymer, which quickly restores tear balance and brings double comfort:

Hyaluronic acid is an excellent humectant:
- Great capacity for retaining moisture
- It remains in the eye for a long time
- It lengthens tear break-up time
- It regenerates the corneal epithelium.
Hydroxyethyl cellulose is a plant-based polymer that increases the viscosity of the formula and extends the time the product remains in the eye.

Instructions for use

Single-dose format

Separate the single-dose vial from the strip.
Twist the top to open up the vial.
Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull your lower eyelid downwards with a finger from your free hand. Place the single-dose vial in vertical position with the nozzle facing downward. Press to apply the product into your eye.
Blink so that the drop spreads all over the eye surface.
If you are a contact lens user, you can apply the product into your eyes while wearing your lenses. This will make them much more comfortable to wear. Or you can add one or two drops before inserting the lenses and after removing them to make them easier to handle.
