Double moisturizing drops

Moisturizing drops with two humectant agents: hyaluronic acid (HA) 0.13% and hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) 0.10%.

The drops act like an artificial tear thanks to two moisturizing and lubricating agents:

Hyaluronic acid, which is a substance found naturally in the eye, helping to stabilize tears and ease the dry eye sensation.
Hydroxyethylcellulose, a thickening agent that boosts the effects of HA and provides the formula with added viscosity.

These double moisturizing drops can be used as often as necessary. They are easy and safe to use and do not cause discomfort or blurred vision.

The drops are compatible with all kinds of contact lenses and make for much more comfortable wearing, as well as easing insertion and removal thanks to their lubricant properties.

Indications

These moisturizing drops instantly relieve the symptoms of mild dry eye brought on by adverse environmental conditions or wearing contact lenses, including itchiness, soreness, grittiness and stinging.

These drops are particularly recommendable in the following situations:

When carrying out any activities that involve straining eyes, such as working in front of a computer or reading for a long time.
When spending significant lengths of time in places with air-conditioning or heating.
When travelling long distances by plane or car.
When spending time in stuffy, smoky or polluted environments.
In situations when sand may come into contact with the eye, such as at the beach or in the desert.
When wearing contact lenses, given that the drops make for much more comfortable wearing, as well as easing insertion and removal thanks to their lubricant properties.

Method of use

Place one or two drops straight into the eye when necessary.

Contact lens wearers can use the drops whilst wearing them for added comfort, or can alternatively place one or two drops in the eye before inserting contact lenses for easier handling.

Caution

Avoid bringing the dropper into contact with the eye or other surfaces.
Keep the bottle carefully closed.
Make sure the product seal is intact before using the drops for the first time. Once the bottle is open, use within two months. It is a good idea to write the opening date on the package.
Keep out of the reach of children.
If irritation persists, refrain from using the product and consult a professional.
If you are taking medication, check with your doctor before using the drops for precautionary reasons.
In most cases, the drops do not cause blurred vision. If vision becomes slightly blurred, this is only temporary and will clear instantly.
Store the product at a temperature of 5 to 30 °C and avoid extended exposure to light.

Composition

A buffered isotonic saline solution containing sodium hyaluronate, hydroxyethylcellulose, disodium edetate 0.02% and polyhexamethylene biguanide 0.0001% in purified water.
